Customers are entitled to submit a return request for standard, non customized Heritage Outfitting Co. products within a 15-day period following delivery if they seek a refund.
To qualify for a refund, Heritage Outfitting Co. mandates the submission of photographic evidence verifying the product’s pristine and unused state. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the initial method of payment.
Heritage Outfitting Co. is prepared to coordinate the return shipment, with the understanding that all associated freight costs will be covered by the customer. Please note that original shipping fees, including those for packages that are refused or unclaimed, are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied, which will be subtracted from the overall refund amount.
